Training Opportunity for Humanitarian Professionals

Deadline     - 19th Dec, 2016

The Program on Humanitarian Leadership (PHL) is delighted to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2017 PHL Training Course.

The PHL program, which receives support from USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance, is managed by Concern Worldwide and its partners, International Medical Corps and Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, with technical support from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

PHL is an innovative training and professional development initiative for humanitarian professionals, combining a rigorous curriculum of in-person and online learning, as well as field-based practice.  By the end of this learning process, PHL participants will have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to take on leadership responsibilities within a variety of humanitarian organizations.

PHL is free-of-charge and open to mid-level employees from non-governmental or community-based organizations who have had experience in one or more humanitarian emergency situations.

To learn more about this exciting and challenging program, including how to apply, please visit the PHL website: http://concernusa.org/PHL.

Please note that the application deadline is December 19, 2016.
