Google Developers Group (GDG) – is open and volunteer geek community who create exciting projects and share experience about Google technologies with a passion.


Event information

GDG DevFest Yangon 2016 will be held on November 12-13 in the largest city of Myanmar. If you want to be part of the biggest Google related event in Myanmar with more than 400 participants you knocked at the good door.
Talented students to attend this year GDG DevFest Yangon conference. Developers selected for a scholarship will receive a DevFest Yangon 2016 ticket free of charge.

Eligibility Criteria

– To be eligible to apply for a DevFest Yangon Scholarship, you must be a full or part-time student.
– Submit any app, website, game you have worked. Your submission may be a school project, a project you’ve built on your own, or an app that is available on the Google Play. You will also need to tell a story behind the app and provide proof of enrollment from your school.

How to apply

Apply online through the e-recruitment system. You can submit your scholarship application until Sunday, September 25 at 10:00 a.m. All applicants will be notified of their status by Monday, September 26.
